Freelance Executive Search / Recruitment Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Freelance Executive Search / Recruitment Consultant to join us. The role involves managing end-to-end executive search processes and driving business development efforts to grow the client base. Leverage access to existing platforms including Seek and Talent Search.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full lifecycle executive search for senior and mid-level roles across multiple industries.
• Proactively generate new business by identifying and engaging potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs and provide expert advice.
• Use existing CRM and recruitment platforms to manage candidate pipelines, job postings, and client data efficiently.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close agreements with clients.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, assist with offer negotiations, and ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements and maintain high ethical standards.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI)
• Proven experience in executive search or recruitment consultancy.
