Job Description:
We are seeking a HR Business Partner to lead and execute NOVI Health’s people strategy, to help us build an empowered, engaged, and effective workforce. This role is a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, covering talent acquisition, performance management, culture development, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be a people-centric leader with a strong operational mindset and a passion for building high-performance teams in a fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Retention : Lead and execute effective end-to-end recruitment strategies, from sourcing to onboarding, to attracting top talent, and retaining a strong talent pipeline and bench strength.
- Employee Engagement & Culture Development : Drive initiatives that enhance company culture, employee satisfaction, and retention. Foster a positive workplace culture, implement engagement initiatives, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Learning & Development : Develop and roll out a robust and comprehensive training plan to up-skill employees and support leadership in succession planning and career development initiatives.
- Performance Managemen t: Design and manage performance appraisal systems, administer annual performance management process, and support employee growth and development.
- Compensation & Benefits : Design and implement competitive salary and benefits structures (in line with leading market benchmarks and best practices), and oversee payroll processes and employee benefits administration.
- Workforce Planning: Analyze current staffing levels, forecast future workforce needs, and partner with leadership to develop HR strategies that are aligned to business goals.
- HR Operations : Manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintenance of HR policies and employee handbooks, as well as leveraging HR technology to optimize HR processes.
- HR Compliance & Governance : Ensure adherence to Singapore labour laws, prevailing employment regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Deep knowledge of Singapore labour laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and programs.
- Experience across all facets of HR practices, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management among others.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple time-sensitive priorities.
