Assistant Relationship Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Relationship Manager to join one of our wealth management teams. You will support Relationship Managers in serving clients across Greater China and Asia, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional clients. How you can add value:

• Lead the client onboarding process, including preparation and verification of account documentation required for regulatory compliance.
• Provide operational support to Relationship Managers, including managing schedules, preparing client materials, and handling daily client instructions.
• Coordinate with partner banks and financial institutions to ensure timely and accurate processing of banking and investment transactions from initiation to settlement and reconciliation.
• Maintain client portfolios by updating data and addressing documentation gaps.
• Monitor business activities to ensure compliance with MAS regulations and internal policies.
• Serve as a key liaison for both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate client servicing and operational workflows.
Support other tasks as assigned

What you bring:

• A bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience in a private bank, EAM, or MAS-regulated firm (preferred). •
• Experience supporting clients from Greater China and Asian markets.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal) to support client servicing.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with private banking platforms is an advantage. Good knowledge of MAS regulations; RNF status is a plus.
Organised, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with strong attention to detail. Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
