Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement the company's strategic vision, goals, and long-term plans.

• Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships locally and internationally.

• Lead corporate planning, risk management, and high-level decision-making.

Business Development & Partnerships

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, government bodies, and industry partners.

• Oversee major contract negotiations and strategic sourcing initiatives.

• Represent the company at industry events and trade missions.

Financial Oversight

• Work closely with the finance team to monitor business performance, budgets, and financial reporting.

• Drive profitability through cost control, pricing strategies, and margin management.

• Approve major capital investments, acquisitions, or expansion projects.

Executive Oversight

• Provide leadership and guidance to senior management, including the General Manager and department heads.

• Monitor performance across departments and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Cultivate a high-performance culture through strong leadership and strategic direction.
  

Requirements

• Any Bachelor’s Degree and above.

• Minimum 5-10 years of executive or director-level experience in the timber, wood product, or related wholesale industries

• Strong understanding of global timber trade, regulations, and compliance (e.g., CITES, customs)

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change

• Strong financial acumen and strategic planning capabilities

• Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills

• Excellent in writing and communication skills in English and Indonesian as to communicate with Indonesian’s Stakeholder.
