Quoter / Quotation Executive (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze RFQs and customer specifications to prepare accurate material cost quotations
• Calculate pricing based on labor, materials, time, and overhead in line with company margins
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and procurement teams to validate feasibility and accuracy of quotes
• Track, maintain, and follow up on all submitted quotations to support the sales team
• Monitor and evaluate pricing trends and material costs to ensure competitive and current proposals

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in quotation, costing, or pricing in a manufacturing or semiconductor industry
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/quoting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle); strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
