Assistance Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing team. You will support the Sales Manager in developing strategies, driving performance, and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners

• Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights

• Assist in pricing strategies, promotions, and contract negotiations

• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams

• Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Russian and English languages

• Good understanding of market trends and customer behavior

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Ability to lead and inspire a team

• Proficient in MS Office; CRM software experience is a plus
