Accountant

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Manage financial & management reporting: weekly AR/AP/Cashflow, provisions, depreciation & project control reports
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing
• Liaise with auditors, corporate secretaries, tax agents & senior management
• Oversee bank & petty cash reconciliation, debtor/creditor reconciliation, and GST submission
• Ensure timely payment of corporate tax & GST
• Prepare audit schedules and coordinate audit-related matters
• Maintain records for incoming funds, receipts, and cashbook
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
• Degree/Diploma in Accounts, Finance, or equivalent
• Proficient in QuickBooks (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, resourceful, and hardworking
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
• Full-time, Permanent Role | Office-based
