Roles & Responsibilities

Knowledge in massage therapy techniques well versed in acupuncture points preferred

Performing different types of massages therapies.Communicating with guests during massages to adjust massage techniques as required.

Explaining massages therapies to guests and providing suitable recommendations as needed.Communicate with clients to customize treatments based on their needs

Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, changing treatment room sheets, and sterilizing all instruments and equipment before each use.

Responsible for overseeing daily operations and manpower planning, including rostering for all clinics.

Will need to travel to the different branches to assist and improve the workflow of the clinics

Involve in procurement of msupplies for the operations

Handle patient and client relations, complaints and related matters.

Oversee work processes, policies, directives and SOPs and deliver high standards of efficiency, service and quality across all business units.

Requirements

At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in a Chinese Medicine massages therapies environment

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
