Resident Technical Officer #Electerical

Job Description

• Perform site supervision duties in strict compliance with the Building Control Act and other relevant regulations.
• Ensure all electrical works are executed in accordance with the approved drawings , specifications, and quality standards.
• Assist the Resident Engineer (RE) in overseeing day-to-day site activities and resolving any site-related technical issues.
• Monitor progress and workmanship to ensure adherence to project schedules and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in supervising electrical works in building/construction projects.
• Sound knowledge of local codes and standards related to electrical installations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
• Proactive, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
