Mid Level Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Java/Kotlin Developer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system development, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently across the full software development lifecycle. You will be involved in designing, implementing, reviewing, and supporting high-quality software solutions in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable solutions using Java and/or Kotlin.

• Independently perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development and production environments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Provide end-to-end production support, including issue analysis and resolution.

• Continuously improve code quality, documentation, and development processes.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and frameworks and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in system development.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Java and/or Kotlin.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Ability to work independently in designing, implementing, reviewing code, and supporting production environments.
