Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Days: 6 days a week
Remuneration : SGD$3100 - $3500

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee cleaning operations, ensure quality standards are met, and lead a team of cleaning staff. This role would require a valid Singapore driving license (manual, Class 3) down the road and the ability to perform physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations.
• Be trained in specialized cleaning techniques, including upholstery cleaning (mattresses, sofas, carpets, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
• Manage scheduling and allocation of tasks to team members.
• Load and unload cleaning equipment (up to 20kg) on a daily basis.
• Maintain punctuality and promote a strong work ethic within the team.
• Drive company lorry to job sites and return home as needed.
• Conduct touch up cleaning singlehandedly for areas missed out.
• Train new staff on chemical wash for toilet and kitchens

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a cleaning or supervisory role is preferred.
• Physically fit to handle lifting and carrying of equipment.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to clean independantly.
