JOB DESCRIPTION


La Maison du Whisky is seeking a sales representative to support its commercial activities locally. Under the supervision of the Singapore Sales Manager, this individual will be responsible for managing all commercialization of our premium spirits portfolio across all Singapore.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Successfully sell our portfolio
  • Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust
  • Discover and identify customer business growth needs
  • Develop a customer business growth plan for each account
  • Analyze sales reports to increase sales & grow customer business
  • Regularly and consistently pre-plan account visits with an agenda, service purpose, and selling opportunities
  • Prioritize sales activities to achieve objectives based on each customer business growth plan
  • Visit accounts regularly, capture visit notes, and build visit plans considering previous visit outcomes
  • Learn and maintain deep knowledge of our products
  • Manage customer issue resolution and anticipate client’s needs

REQUIREMENTS

  • Perfect English
  • 1-3-year experience in a similar position
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Team player, easy-going, friendly
  • Passion for whisky & spirits is a must-have
  • F&B knowledge & relationships

WORK LOCATION: All Singapore + our office in UE Square (Fort Canning MRT)
