• Lead floor operations : Ensure smooth service, from opening to closing
• Own the guest experience : Be the calm in the storm, solve problems before they grow
• Coach your team : Uplift, motivate, and guide new and current crew members
• Set the tone : From greetings to goodbyes, create a consistent and warm vibe
• Maintain high standards : Hygiene, presentation, and performance

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of front-of-house lead or supervisor experience
• Confident communicator with a calm, clear presence
• Strong multitasker who thrives in a busy service environment
• Natural leader who’s organized, energetic, and grounded
• Willing to work rotating shifts , 5 days/week
