Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive SAP Concur Consultant to support and optimize our travel, expense, and invoice management processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Concur modules, strong integration knowledge, and a passion for continuous improvement. This role involves end-to-end project involvement—from requirement gathering to post-go-live support—and collaboration with global, cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to travel, expense, and invoice processes.

• Configure SAP Concur modules (Expense, Travel, Invoice), including workflows, audit rules, and reporting functionalities.

• Support integration activities between SAP Concur and ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Workday, or Oracle.

• Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Deliver end-user and administrator training sessions.

• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting production issues.

• Recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and SAP Concur usage optimization.

• Work collaboratively with global and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Concur modules (Expense, Travel, and/or Invoice).

• Strong configuration and administration skills in SAP Concur.

• Solid understanding of integration tools and approaches (SAP CPI, Boomi, APIs).

• Familiarity with travel and expense policies, finance operations (Accounts Payable/Receivable), and compliance standards (e.g., VAT/GST reclaim).

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Concur certifications or formal training.

• Experience with SAP FI/CO, procurement processes, or financial systems integration.

• Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.

• Prior experience working in multinational environments with culturally diverse teams.

• Demonstrated a proactive approach to identifying problems and recommending effective solutions.

• Strong focus on continuous improvement, learning, and innovation.
