Job role description:
The Senior Manager, Operations, responsible is to assist the Executive Director in the perform management of; human resources, financial and accounting, administration, fundraising and raising of financial resources, community stakeholder engagement and partnerships, programme, volunteer resources, counselling and casework, technology, research and development, impact and branding.
Management includes firstly review, provision of advice to guide development and implementation of strategy and SOPs, secondly supervision of staff, thirdly oversee implementation including participation, events, outreach, support, training and appointment of consultants and finally, mobilise resources to support.
Other duties include providing support to ensure effective functioning of essential centre operations. He/she collaborates with internal colleagues and external stakeholders in the course of his/her work.
Critical work functions:
Major - Perform management of organisation, raising of financial resources and programmes/events Management.
Others - Perform human resource management, community stakeholder engagement/partnerships, volunteer management, etc.
Job specifications:
Technical Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Financial analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements on HR, accounts, funding, programme, governance and charity branding matters
- Stakeholder management
Core Competencies:
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Experience in working with seniors or persons with mental health is a plus.
Experience: Approximately 8 to 12 years’ experience in this field.
