What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of our Project Team and gain hands-on exposure to every stage of event planning and execution:

• Event Planning & Coordination – Assist with timelines, budgets, and project planning from concept to completion
• Administrative & Sales Support – Maintain client records, support proposals, and track project documentation.
• Vendor & Venue Liaison – Help manage logistics, liaise with vendors, and coordinate setups.
• Marketing & Promotions – Support event outreach efforts via social media and marketing materials. Occasionally assist with simple design tasks such as formatting slides, basic visuals, or social content.
• Client Support – Learn how to communicate professionally, manage follow-ups, and deliver service that builds trust.
• On-Site Event Execution – Support the team during live events – coordinating, solving problems, and keeping things moving.
• Post-Event Review – Help compile reports, analyse feedback, and suggest areas for improvement.
• Event Technology – Gain exposure to a range of event technologies, including (but not limited to) hybrid event platforms, registration tools, event apps, and livestream integration.
