Sales Promoter

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyse competitor pricing and promotions to ensure competitive positioning.
• Engage with customers proactively to promote products and relevant promotions.
• Observe and note traffic flow patterns within the store to optimize promotional strategies and product placement.
• Encourage upselling and cross-selling to increase the average basket size per customer.
• Build strong customer relationships to enhance customer experience and repeat business.
• Maintain product knowledge to confidently explain features and benefits to customers.

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work on both weekends (work 2 days per week only), 11AM - 8PM.
• Preferably O-Level / Diploma in Sales & Marketing/Business Management/Engineering or equivalent.
• Independent and proactive individual.
• Must be service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills to handle both end-consumers and inter-departments.
