Training Provided - Junior Technician (Operation/ Field Service / Maintenance)

• Working location: Island Wide
• Working days: 5 days
• Working hours: 8 hours shift
• Entry Level - training provided for those with lesser experience
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor robots onsite, making sure they are working properly.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
• Provide Tier 1 support for operations-related issues , either remotely or on-site. Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical staff or supervisor when necessary.
• Prepare service and maintenance reports.
Support the Robotics Operations Team with ad hoc tasks and special projects

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical or engineering-related industry.
