Your Role at a Glance:

We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Executive who can confidently lead campaigns and bring creative strategies to life.

You'll be working closely with the Marketing Manager to execute plans and make a tangible impact across our digital and offline touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media content and campaigns – including content planning, scheduling, posting, and performance tracking across platforms like Meta, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Plan, develop, and maintain the annual marketing calendar including campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions
  • Lead digital marketing efforts across platforms – from strategy to execution
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to propose relevant campaign strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (including agencies, influencers, and media) to drive visibility and brand engagement
  • Execute marketing strategies that drive website traffic, improve conversion rates, and support revenue growth
  • Contribute to content production planning including photoshoots, videos, and product styling
  • Support the Marketing Manager in ensuring timely and aligned execution of marketing initiatives
  • Take ownership of other marketing-related tasks as assigned


What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with hands-on experience in both online and offline campaigns
  • Strong grasp of social media trends
  • A creative thinker who can work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive
  • Knowledge of design tools like Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva is a strong advantage
