Full Time F&B Supervisor @ Orchard

Salary: $2500 - $3200

Working hours: 5/6 per week (44hrs per week)

Job Scope:

• Oversee daily café operations to ensure smooth and efficient service flow

• Lead and supervise service staff in delivering excellent customer service

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently upheld

• Support outlet manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals
  

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B operations

• Good leadership and communication skills.
