We are a young, dynamic plumbing & construction company, committed to delivering in‑house, sustainable bathroom and plumbing solutions. Specializing in eco‑friendly fixtures, waterproofing systems, and full bathroom design, we prioritize innovation, quality, and environmental stewardship.
Your Role – What You’ll Do
Drive Business Development: Source and nurture leads via networking, site visits, digital outreach, and trade events.
Technical Sales Presentations: Meet architects, contractors, and homeowners to present sustainable product features and custom proposals
Client Relationship Building: Serve as the key contact during pre- and post-sales phases—oversee handoffs to project teams and ensure client satisfaction.
Market Insight & Brand Positioning: Study construction and plumbing trends; contribute to marketing strategies and strengthen in house brand in the market .
What We’re Looking For
Mandatory Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a construction-related field
2 years of experience in B2B sales within plumbing, M&E, or building materials
Strong communicator with negotiation skills and a consultative sales approach
Technical aptitude—comfortable interpreting drawings, specifications, and installation processes
Desirable:
Experience with waterproofing, sanitary fittings, tiles, or similar products
CRM familiarity (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Networked with Interior designer, contractors, or M&E consultants
