Sales & Marketing Executive (Construction & Maintenance Services)

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in the construction and maintenance sector. The ideal candidate will manage B2B sales, handle project enquiries, support tender submissions, and grow our client base across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sales strategies to acquire new construction and maintenance projects

• Manage project enquiries, attend site visits, and prepare quotations

• Source and respond to government and private sector tenders

• Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on leads

• Liaise with operations team for project execution

• Assist with branding, digital marketing, and social media
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Business, Sales, or Engineering

• 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience (construction or FM preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Proficient in MS Office; basic design/CRM tools knowledge is a plus

• Able to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environment
