SALES EXECUTIVE (TUAS AREA)

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the plastic injection molding industry.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring high service standards.
• Handle RFQs by preparing quotations and actively following up on quotation status.
• Coordinate customer requirements from order to delivery, ensuring smooth communication across departments.
• Work closely with logistics, planning, purchasing, production, QA, and finance teams to process customer orders from purchase to payment.
• Analyze sales trends and customer forecasts to support production and material planning.
• Organize internal meetings to align on project specifications and customer expectations.
• Monitor inventory to ensure stock availability for forecasted and upcoming orders.
• Address customer feedback on engineering changes (ECN), product quality, and delivery issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Adhere to company safety policies, work procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical knowledge or background in plastic injection molding or manufacturing industries.
• Experience in sales, project coordination, and working with cross-functional teams.
