- To perform daily data entries on AP invoices and ensure data entry accuracy.
- Maintain proper filing system.
- Assist in keeping full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist to manage the full spectrum of accounting and financial functions, including project-related accounting if applicable.
- Assist in monitoring and manage cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to support efficient financial operations.
- Assist to maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register, ensuring accurate tracking, depreciation, and disposal of assets and twice-yearly stock taking.
- Assist in the preparation of cash flow forecast reports and perform variance analysis where necessary.
- Assist in preparation and submit quarterly GST returns in accordance with IRAS regulations.
- Perform other ad-hoc finance-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
