What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and support the kitchen crew during daily operations
• Cook mouthwatering Mala dishes (bonus if you’ve done this before!)
• Ensure top-notch food quality, hygiene, and prep efficiency
• Work closely with the front-of-house team to keep service smooth and steady
• Mentor junior team members with patience and clarity
• Take charge in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized kitchen

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a commercial kitchen
• Experience in Mala cuisine is a strong plus
• Natural leader who brings solutions, not stress
• Organized, dependable, and serious about consistency
• Someone who cares about team growth and setting high standards
• Location: Central outlet, near MRT
• Schedule Options: 5, 5.5, or 6 days/week
• Shift Break: 90 minutes daily
• Salary: Competitive + AWS (13th month) + Performance Bonus
