Project Engineer (Electronics/Mechanical/Optics)

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer with a background in Electronics or Mechanical or Optics Design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects or internships are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of electronic/mechanical/optical systems (depending on specialization).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external parties to ensure project deliverables meet specifications.
• Perform POC, prototyping, and validation of design concepts.
• Prepare technical documentation (schematics, CAD models, test reports, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project development.
• Manage project timelines and ensure milestones are met efficiently.
• Continuously improve processes and propose innovative solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma, bachelor’s degree in electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
• Technical Skills (Preferred):
  • Electronics Design: PCB design (Altium, KiCad), embedded systems, analog/digital circuits.
  • Mechanical Design: CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), FEA, material selection, prototyping.
  • Optics Design: Lens design (Zemax, Oslo).
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have (But Not Mandatory):

• Prior internship or academic projects in relevant fields.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
