CLASS 4 DRIVER

Responsibilities:

• Perform general driver duties
• Responsible for fetching and sending construction workers to the site
• Pick up & drop off dormitory workers
• Responsible for housekeeping duties of company vehicle
• Responsible for performing simple administrative duties in the company and run simple errands
• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times
• Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area
• Must be comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions.
• Load and unload packages to be delivered.
• Show excellent attention to detail
• Solve problems independently using critical thinking skills
• Work with a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspection of vehicle, documenting and reporting any mechanical or safety issues.
• Operates vehicle in a safe manner in compliance with Singapore laws.
• Courteously interacts with customers, both internal and external, ensuring customers are serviced in a professional and timely manner.
• Reports service issues, such as blocked alleyways, over-weight receptacles, safety hazards, or impassable streets, to Route Manager or Dispatcher.
• Immediately notifies of any accidents, injuries, or property damage.
Maintains and upkeep of the vehicles to be save for driving at all times

Requirements:

• Possess a valid License class 4 with good driving record
• Must have relevant 2 years working experience.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and landmarks.
• 5.5 days’ work week from 8am - 5pm.
• Rest Day or PH might also be required to work overtime.
• Meticulous and able to work independently
• Able to work in a fast pace working environment
• Able to start immediately
