Engineer

Job Description & Requirements

1) To prepare drawing schedule and plan.

2) Assist in initial site measurements and data collection (if required).

3) Participate in meetings with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements.

4) Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.

5) Incorporate structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) elements as per coordination.

6) Modify and revise drawings as per feedback and design updates.

7) Prepare presentation drawings and submission sets for approval by authorities.

8) Respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) and support clarification of drawings.

9) Update drawings to reflect changes from site or client instructions (as-built conditions).
