• Develop high-efficacy premium skincare (medical and professional) or any other products

that clients request.

• Troubleshoot existing formulation issue and improve on its stability and efficacy.

• Supervise QC department and troubleshoots on product and quality issued before, during

and after production.

• Support sales, marketing, training team by providing technical knowledge for new product

developed.

• Suggest ideas from time to time that will help improve business.

• Familiar with lab equipment such as pH meter, incubator, viscometer.

Production.

• To coordinate quality assurance control activities in the company

• Familiar with production procedure and equipment.

• Resolve quality problem through non-conformance procedure, find root cause and

recommend corrective and implement preventive actions.

• Familiar with ISO 22716 GMP standards.
