Job Description


Support reception desk operations

Provide administrative support to the management team

Assist with invoice processing and run simple reports

Manage the office pantry and storage space

Filing of documents and records

Assist in the packing and preparation of packages

Handle claims and timesheets

Perform ad hoc duties and any other HR matters as assigned


Job Requirements


Minimum GCE 'O' Level

Ability to work independently

Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook

Basic knowledge in simple accounting (Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable - AR/AP)

Preferably residing in Central or West areas

Available 2–3 times per week, approximately 4 hours per day
