About the role
Reporting to the Head of Consumer & Retails (C&R) Vertical in ASPAC, the role will play a crucial role in supporting the C&R Regional Team in the business development of the Sector, bridging the gap in Sales Excellence request and data analysis, and developing solutions for the various C&R customers.
What you will be doing
Sales Excellence Support and Data Analysis
- Support the Sector Head in implementing sales strategies and tactics.
- Ensure all deliverables requested arrive in good order, on time, and meet customers' and key stakeholder’s requirements.
- Support the Regional Sector Head through Data Analysis of Sales Performance, trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance and key metrics.
- Be the bridge between the Sales Excellence Team and RKAMs/Sector Head
Business Development
- Work with the C&R Sector Head on the development of assigned high potential accounts that have no significant revenue at the moment, but has a potential to grow
Technical Key Account Support
- Address technical needs and challenges of customers through the development of various solutions, including alternative modes of transport
- Support RKAMs in root cause analysis and CAPAs or recurring or escalated issues
- Conduct debriefs with all stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
Presentation and Marketing Materials
- Develop and maintain high-quality presentation and marketing materials to support sales efforts.
- Ensure that all materials are up-to-date and aligned with the company's branding and messaging. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that highlights the value proposition of our products and services
The ideal candidate
- At least a degree in Business Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Experience and/or interest in sales support, account management, or a related field.
- Strong customer-oriented approach with excellent listening skills.
- Critical thinker with problem-solving abilities.
- Curious and thinks out of the box
- Team player with good time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Data Management/Visualization tools
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
