1. Administrative Support
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Maintain organized records of department expenses, accruals, and vendor contracts.
  • Process payments and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Ensure office supplies and general cleanliness of the office is maintained.
  • Data entry, community management and engagement.


2. On-Site Event Support
  • Assist with the setup and teardown of events.
  • Serve as a point of contact for registration, guest support and support staff during events.
  • Help troubleshoot any issues that arise to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage and train a team of part timers.


3. Marketing and Promotion Support
  • Help implement marketing strategies to promote events and experiences by working closely with our Digital Marketing partner.
  • Assist with social media updates, including posting event highlights and client testimonials.
  • Support the creation of promotional materials, EDM and communication messages to potential customers and existing community.
  • Management of incoming leads across all platforms.


J͟o͟b͟ Q͟u͟a͟l͟i͟f͟i͟c͟a͟t͟i͟o͟n͟s͟

a. Education & Certification
  • Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.


b. Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in event planning, coordination, marketing or a related role. No experience candidates are welcomed to apply. 5 years of experience for Asst Manager position.


c. Other Prerequisites
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to write and converse effectively in English and Mandarin.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in AI, video and image editing softwares.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Work from home arrangements
  • Able to start immediately will be an advantage
