SHOP SALES ASSISTANT

Location: Tampines / Bedok / Hougang / Kaki Bukit

Working Hours: 8am to 8pm
Salary: $1,600 - $2,800

About Us:

We are a popular roasted meat store known for our delicious, freshly-prepared roasted meat rice and excellent customer service. We're currently looking for a friendly and reliable Sales Assistant to join our team and help create a welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Recommend menu items and take customer orders accurately
• Handle payments (cash and electronic) and issue receipts
• Prepare and serve dishes according to hygiene and portion standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and work area
• Assist with restocking products and supplies as needed
• Follow all food safety and workplace safety guidelines
• Support team members and contribute to smooth store operations

Requirements:

• Previous retail or food service experience preferred (but not essential)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Reliable, punctual, and well-groomed
• Able to stand for long periods and perform light lifting
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays, if required
