Key Responsibilities

  • Perform network implementation tasks based on scripts and procedures provided by Manager
  • Support network infrastructure: VPN tunnels, firewall rules, switch configs
  • Infrastructure Installation: Install, test, and commission network infrastructure including routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and firewalls according to industry best practices. (Familiarity with key brands: FortiGate, Ruckus, TP-Link Omada , Synology, Sophos, Palo Alto)
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support and diagnose problems through both onsite and remote troubleshooting, ensuring smooth network operations.
  • Assist with Level 1–2 technical support: user issues, troubleshooting, ticketing

Requirements:

  • 5 working days (9am-6pm)*Need Standby if have urgent troubleshooting Requirements
  • Min 1 year of related experience
