As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities Campaign Execution - Assist in planning, organizing, and executing online and offline fashion marketing campaigns. - Monitor campaign performance in real-time, tracking key metrics and compiling post-campaign analysis to identify areas of improvement. - Support cross-functional communication to ensure smooth coordination between marketing, operations, and sales teams during campaign roll-outs. Category Creator Acquisition and Management - Identify potential content creators and influencers within the fashion industry who align with the brand’s image. - Support ongoing collaboration with creators, coordinating product seeding, campaign alignment, and content requirements. - Track creator performance metrics, assisting with report generation to measure engagement and ROI. Seller Acquisition - Conduct research to identify potential fashion sellers who would enhance the platform’s portfolio. - Assist in crafting pitches and sales decks, aligning value propositions to attract high-quality sellers. - Reach out to potential sellers via phone, email, and in-person meetings, maintaining communication to nurture leads. Key Seller Management - Assist in managing seller issues, providing solutions and escalating concerns when needed. - Support the creation of growth strategies for key sellers to help boost their sales and engagement on the platform. Category Research and Analysis - Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor performance in the fashion sector. - Gather data on current category performance, including top-selling products, customer demographics, and seasonal variations. - Assist in developing actionable insights based on data to refine product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional efforts.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 1. Relevant major from university or past experience related to business, marketing 2. Comfortable working with numbers, extensive data/excel work, and PowerPoint slide creation. Meticulous with keen attention to detail. 3. Self-starter who is results-oriented, dedicated, and willing to learn. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications 1. Previous work experience or internships in related fields is a plus. 2. Available for a full-time internship, ideally for 6 months.
