What You'll Do:

• Own the Shift — Oversee daily ops and jump in as acting manager when needed
• Create Feel-Good Service — Make sure every guest feels welcome, seen, and well taken care of
• Lead From the Floor — Support both FOH and BOH; stay involved, stay approachable
• Keep Standards High — Uphold consistency in service and always look for small ways to improve
• Lift Your Team — Encourage, guide, and keep team morale strong

Requirements:

• Keen to grow into a leadership role
F&B experience is helpful, but your mindset matters more
• 
  Schedule: 5-day work week with rotating shifts
