Accounts Executive

Job Description

• Able to prepare full set of accounts and perform Bookkeeping functions on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis for different types of companies and businesses

• Able to prepare and compile financial and management reports

• Preparation, submission and filing of GST returns

• Having relevant knowledge of corporate and personal tax and handle simple tax computation and able to liaise with IRAS if necessary

• Any other duties/tasks as assigned
  

Job Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Accounting at least 3 years of relevant working experience

• Work experience in a CPA firm would be an added advantage

• Proficiency with accounting software, in particular, ABBS

• Must have initiative, multi-tasking skills and work independently to meet deadlines

• Good interpersonal, communication and ability to work under pressure

• Mut be fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional fluency in other local languages will be advantageous.

• A knowledge of motor vehicle trade accounting preferred.

Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday); 9.00am to 1.00pm (Saturday)
