Job Responsibilities
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Perform and secure sales leads and business opportunities to increase catering sales
- Manage sales enquiries, sales calls, site visits and cold calling to generate potential business leads
- To understand fully, catering menu selections and promotions to make appropriate recommendations and offer advice to meet client’s needs for the event
- To develop & foster close and positive rapport with the clients and to create an overall memorable experience for clients
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals and catering confirmations prior to deadline.
- Coordination of the booking of catering events and manage key events
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary
- Liaise and coordinate with Kitchen and Operations Departments and ensure timely delivery for all orders
- Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business.
Job Requirements
- Driven and possess excellent customer service to interact well with clients
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills to communicate across levels
- Strong team player with the ability to build rapport and maintain collaborative working relationships
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is mandatory
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Passionate about F&B industry
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in sales in any of the related field – Catering Food & Beverage / Restaurant / Wedding
- Experience in F&B sales preferred and considered an advantage
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
