Start your career as an IT Service Delivery Lead at Vopak and be responsible for contributing to and managing the day to day activities and tasks of the team. You will develop the team to a self-supporting level and direct the team to objectives based on the strategic vision of the Global IT MT. You will also be accountable for the performance of the team including skills and competencies of team members, Additionally, you will provide constructive collaboration and support to other functional Team Leads, within the IT community and to customer/JV’s. What will you do as an IT Service Delivery Lead?
As an IT Service Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for Service Delivery, Planning, Service Management and Improvement, Team and Relation Management as well as IT Budget.

What do we expect from you as an IT Service Delivery Lead?
Minimal Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
Five years of experience in an IT delivery function
Continuous high level of delivery of IT services and continuous improvement mindset
Build and maintain contacts with the business (stakeholders and end users) to keep a clear focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction
ITIL Foundations
LEAN Six Sigma
Microsoft workplace certifications or experiences
Leadership certification
Your core responsibilities are:
Deliver region specific and common services as defined in the service catalogue in order to support the business and ensure timely solutions and project delivery
Execute activities based on year plans (HR, lifecycle, budgets), targets and strategy to ensure continuous and optimal availability of the required services
Coordinate and plan all activities according to agreed timelines, procedures and/or SLA’s, in order to ensure an optimal delivery of the services based on the specific team activities
Monitor and control the IT service management processes
Act as problem owner or a service management process manager
Advise management on the service management processes and planning to maintain and improve service delivery to the business
Advise management on innovations and how to improve customer satisfaction
Align and realign IT services to changing business needs by identifying and implementing improvements to the IT services that support business processes
Accountable for performance of the team including targets, skills and competencies of team members
Actively encourage and support the development and empowerment of people through delegation, training, feedback and the creation of opportunities
Provide guidance to the team based on management direction
Build and maintain contacts with the business (stakeholders and end users) to keep a clear focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction
Initiate actions if required towards the business or the Global IT department
Build and maintain contacts with suppliers and JV’s in order to optimise services and service delivery conditions and exchange information on product and service developments
Manage and control contract financials, initiate and realise cost efficiencies (savings)
Implement the Global sourcing strategy of Global IT and Procurement
Responsible for budget control and advice management on yearly budgets
