About the Role:


We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a portfolio in a B2B environment, and be confident in nurturing client relationships, ensuring compliance timelines are met, and working with a strong network of referral partners.


Key Responsibilities:


Build and manage a portfolio of business clients, ensuring consistent service excellence and identifying upsell opportunities.


Oversee clients’ accounting deadlines (e.g., tax filing, annual returns), working closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance.


Manage relationships with agents and referral sources, providing updates, coordinating referrals, and nurturing long-term partnerships.


Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking, inbound leads, and referrals.


Prepare tailored service proposals and present solutions aligned with client needs.


Track activities and opportunities using CRM tools, and report regularly on portfolio performance.


Collaborate with internal teams (accounting, tax, corporate secretarial) to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing support.
