Project Manager (Lab/Healthcare Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full project lifecycle for laboratory, hospital, or healthcare facility projects, including renovation or new build.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress to ensure adherence.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to define requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare and lab-specific standards such as ISO, GMP, MOH, or BCA requirements.
• Oversee procurement, installation, and commissioning of lab equipment, medical infrastructure, and M&E systems.
• Coordinate site works, including construction, testing & commissioning, and handover processes.
• Manage risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and cost control summaries.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 5–8 years of experience managing lab, cleanroom, or healthcare construction projects.
• Familiarity with healthcare infrastructure, BSL lab requirements, HVAC, MEP systems, and medical-grade materials.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and project scheduling software.
