Site Supervisor

• Coordinate architectural and M&E designs for landed house projects from concept through to completion.
• Collaborate with client, architects, M&E technicians, and subcontractors to ensure alignment between structures, architectural design and M&E systems.
• Review and manage architectural drawings, M&E plans, specifications, and submissions.
• Ensure compliance with code of practices, regulations and standards in Singapore.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate site inspections and quality control during construction phases for both architectural and M&E work.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant experience in coordinating both architectural and M&E aspects for residential projects, preferably landed houses.
• Good understanding of architecural finishes and related installation works, M&E systems, and construction processes in Singapore.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
