About the Role:
We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support our teams in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring successful project execution. This is a great opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career to gain hands-on experience in digital transformation and software delivery projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Support workshops and meetings with internal stakeholders and clients
- Help prepare user stories, process flows, and test cases
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
- Participate in system testing, UAT, and post-implementation support
- Maintain project documentation and assist in preparing training materials
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role (graduates within the first 3 years after graduation are welcome)
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (SPR)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile practices is a plus
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools
- Exposure to wireframing or prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq)
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and data flow
- Basic SQL or data analysis skills
- Internship or academic project experience related to software or digital systems
