We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support our senior project leaders in coordinating digital projects from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their project management career to grow in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining project plans and timelines
- Coordinate project tasks and internal communications
- Track progress and follow up with team members on deliverables
- Prepare meeting notes, project status updates, and reports
- Help identify risks and raise potential issues early
- Support the Project Manager in stakeholder communications and documentation
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or management (graduates within the first 3 years after graduation are welcome)
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (SPR)
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello
- Basic understanding of web/digital development lifecycle
- Certification such as PMP or equivalent
- Experience working in a technology or creative agency environment
