Job Summary
The Brand & Community Executive supports brand growth, community engagement, partnership coordination, event activations, and marketing execution across the company’s brands and activities.
Responsibilities
Community & Brand Engagement
- Coordinate and support community runs, social runs, brand activations, and sports-related activities to increase brand visibility
- Build and maintain relationships with sports communities, running clubs, gyms, studios, and partners to foster collaboration
- Assist in executing community engagement and brand awareness initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty
- Organize community participation and event involvement to maximize outreach
- Manage customer engagement and maintain community relationships to enhance brand connection
Partnership & Collaboration Coordination
- Liaise with external partners, collaborators, sports communities, and related organizations to facilitate partnership opportunities
- Coordinate partnership discussions, collaborations, and activation opportunities to support brand growth
- Support management in developing and maintaining brand partnerships through effective communication
- Track collaboration timelines, deliverables, and operational arrangements to ensure smooth execution
- Assist in partnership coordination and communication to maintain alignment with brand goals
Marketing & Brand Coordination
- Coordinate with outsourced marketing and design teams to execute campaigns and follow up on content delivery
- Ensure marketing materials and content comply with company brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency
- Support campaign planning, launch coordination, and activation execution to meet marketing objectives
- Assist with social media coordination, campaign scheduling, and marketing follow-up to maintain engagement
- Monitor marketing progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Event & Activation Support
- Coordinate event preparation, activation setup, and provide operational support to ensure successful events
- Assist with sports events, roadshows, expos, retail activations, and community activities to enhance brand presence
- Manage event logistics and manpower coordination to facilitate smooth operations
- Attend events, activations, and community sessions as required to represent the brand
- Ensure smooth operational execution during events and activations to meet quality standards
Operational Follow-Up & Coordination
- Follow up on pending tasks assigned by management to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with retail, operations, marketing, and external partners on ongoing matters to maintain workflow
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and pending follow-up items to track progress
- Ensure assigned responsibilities are completed within deadlines to support operational efficiency
- Assist management in monitoring ongoing operational and marketing progress for continuous improvement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Passionate about sports, fitness, running, or active lifestyle communities
- Comfortable engaging with people and communities in an active, outgoing manner
- Strong follow-up ability and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive and able to work independently without constant supervision
- Organized, responsive, and operationally aware to handle dynamic tasks
- Comfortable attending events, community runs, and external meetings as part of role
- Good communication and relationship-building skills to foster partnerships
- Familiarity with social media, community engagement, or sports marketing environments
Preferred experience
- Background in sports, retail, lifestyle, event, or community-related fields preferred
- Experience in marketing coordination, partnerships, community engagement, or event support is advantageous
- Familiarity with social media coordination and outsourced marketing management is preferred
Other Information
Working Arrangement
- Full-time position, 5 working days per week
- Base working hours: 11:00am – 7:00pm (including 1-hour break)
- Retail/store-based role with flexible working arrangements depending on meetings, events, activations, and operational needs
- May require attendance at evening events, community runs, roadshows, activations, or partnership activities
- Flexible scheduling with possible time-off adjustments based on event and operational requirements
Salary & Benefits
- Salary range: SGD 2500 – SGD 3500 (based on experience and suitability)
- Singapore public holidays applicable per company operational arrangement
- Annual leave and medical leave entitlement as per company policy
- Periodic performance reviews and salary increments based on contribution and performance
- Potential performance bonuses or incentives based on company and individual contribution
