Senior Fund Operations & Investor Relations Manager

We are seeking a senior-level operations and investor relations professional to support fund operations, investor servicing, and capital raising activities. The role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence while also contributing to investor communications, marketing materials, and fundraising support.
Key Responsibilities
Fund Operations
- Oversee core fund operations including NAV coordination, performance reporting, reconciliations, and cash management processes;
- Liaise with fund administrators, prime brokers, custodians, and counterparties to ensure accurate and timely fund reporting and settlements;
- Support trade lifecycle oversight, including trade confirmations, settlement processes, and break resolution;
- Monitor operational controls, fund exposures, and data integrity across systems;
- Assist in audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Investor Relations & Capital Raising Support
- Manage end-to-end investor onboarding including KYC/AML, subscription/redemption processing, and ongoing investor servicing;
- Maintain and enhance investor CRM database and investor records;
- Prepare and update investor communications including monthly reports, quarterly letters, and fund performance updates;
- Coordinate investor inquiries, due diligence requests, and data room materials;
- Support investor meetings, roadshows, and capital introduction processes;
- Work closely with management on fundraising initiatives and investor engagement strategy.
Marketing & Pitch Deck Development
- Develop, refine, and maintain investor marketing materials including pitch decks, factsheets, DDQs, and fund presentations;
- Translate fund strategy, performance, and positioning into clear, investor-ready messaging;
- Support creation of roadshow materials and customized presentations for different investor types (family offices, institutions, fund-of-funds, etc.);
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all investor-facing materials;
- Assist in competitor and market research to strengthen fund positioning and narrative;
- Collaborate with portfolio managers and senior management to articulate investment strategy in a clear and compelling format.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline from a top-tier university
- 5–10 years of experience in fund operations, investor relations, or hedge fund/asset management roles;
- Strong understanding of fund structures, NAV processes, and investor servicing workflows;
- Proven ablility in investor relations, capital raising, or fund marketing experience;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex investment concepts;
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work under tight deadlines;
