Assistant Manager (Tertiary Graduate Programmes)

We are seeking experienced professionals in tertiary programme management and academic operations to support and drive the growth of our educational programmes.

• Basic up to $5,500 per month + AWS + PB
• 3-year contract
• Mon - Fri, office hours
• Boon Lay MRT

What to expect:

• Manage end-to-end graduate admissions processes, including outreach activities, applicant evaluations, interviews, and offer administration.
• Oversee programme administration and operations, including timetable planning, course registration, curriculum updates, faculty coordination, and budget monitoring.
• Support graduate students throughout their academic lifecycle, handling enquiries, academic matters, programme changes, appeals, and student administration processes.
• Coordinate examination and academic processes, including marks submission, Board of Examiners reporting, exam appeals, and graduation-related administration.
• Organise student engagement events and provide operational support for finance, procurement, reporting, data management, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Who we are looking for:

• Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience managing academic administration.
• Good communication and writing skills with the ability to communicate and interact well with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive problem solver and adaptable to dynamic environments.
