Senior Procurement Analyst (Banking)

Job description:
- Review and negotiate IT contracts with suppliers on IT initiatives.
- Working in close collaboration with the strategic sourcing and procurement colleagues, group legal and IT stakeholders to protect and to optimize the value from the supply market.
- Ensure compliance to policies, process standards and guidelines.
- Provide advice on contracts, explain impact of contract gaps and mitigate contract risks to the stakeholders effectively and collaboratively.
- Ensure the right risk culture through strong communication lines with stakeholders and colleagues.
Requirements:
- 6-9 years of experience in IT procurement, contract management or vendor management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT contracts, licensing, service agreements and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of risk management principles and ability to identify and mitigate contract risks.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
