Enterprise Software Sales Executive - Infrastructure

Role Overview

The Enterprise Software Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing full-cycle enterprise sales processes, and building strong customer relationships across the region. The ideal candidate is a proven hunter with strong experience in enterprise software sales, preferably within virtualization, IT infrastructure, or ITSM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through effective sales execution and pipeline management

  • Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify high-value enterprise opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up

  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations

  • Present and articulate the company’s value proposition to prospective customers and identify business opportunities

  • Handle objections effectively and drive opportunities through the sales pipeline to successful closure

  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities to consistently meet or exceed KPIs and revenue goals

  • Collaborate with partners, consultants, distributors, and resellers to generate and close new business opportunities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and account activities in Salesforce.com CRM

  • Conduct thorough account research and maintain targeted account lists for business development activities

  • Stay informed on enterprise ITSM and infrastructure trends including virtualization, VDI, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, and competitive solutions

  • Develop strong product knowledge and effectively communicate how the company’s solutions address customer challenges

  • Ensure strong customer engagement through timely follow-up, relationship management, and consultative selling

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in virtualization, infrastructure software, or ITSM solutions

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas

  • Strong experience managing complex B2B enterprise sales cycles

  • Experience selling software solutions to Government Organizations is highly preferred

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong prospecting, qualification, and consultative selling abilities

  • Experience using Salesforce.com and conducting professional online and onsite meetings

  • Proficiency with research tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
