*NEW* 6-12 Months contract Credit Officer - Foreign Banks

Responsibilities

• Review incoming credit requests for completeness and accuracy, and convert to concise, accurately recorded credit facilities
• Prepare Credit Approvals, prescreening of Mortgage applications, track CA progress during approval process, and ensure approvals are received in compliance with policy/recorded in database accurately.
• Maintain accurate insurance records and controls
• Perform data entry
• Retrieval of portfolio and related credit information for internal and external auditors as
• Liaise with Sales team to ensure proper follow up on queries during the review of documentation.
• Will be expected to rotate and support various other administrative duties such as handling emails pertaining to property valuation, prepare and send out letter of instructions to vendors, data reconciliations.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
